This tranquil Catskill farmhouse is perfectly situated on a 1.3-acre secluded mid-mountain hill, between the towns of Phoenicia and Woodstock. The house has a great blend of old and new styles. With sweeping lawns and a large fully fenced backyard, it is ideal for kids and dogs. Within the fence, there is a stone patio with hot tub that overlooks the mountain view, it is perfect for barbecuing or stargazing.
The cozy farmhouse provides modern amenities such as spectrum cable tv, internet/Wi-Fi, and central AC/Heating systems. The kitchen is well equipped with a large rustic island table, and brand new kitchen appliances. Above all, the house has an all-season dining sunroom that provides a panorama view of the back yard and the mountains. The room serves great for a cup of tea/coffee in the morning, reading a book, and bird/deer watching. The mudroom area has a pellet stove fireplace, it’s room to kick back and relax after a day of hiking or skiing.
