Lovely 1 bedroom + den ground floor condo in the gorgeous Playa del Sol. Choose to relax by the pool or by the beach which is only a short walk away.
Our lovely suite features 1 bedroom with queen sized bed. Please note the second sleeping area is in the common area, and is a queen sized pull out couch.
Pool, Sauna, Gym, secure underground parking, 24 hour security on site. The patio has a BBQ with natural gas hook-up for all your grilling needs! The outdoor patio backs directly onto a green space, close to a walking path and creek. This is the "quiet" side of the building, and while it means a bit of longer walk to the pool, it also affords a peaceful and quiet atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine, or sleep without the noise associated with suites facing/close to the pool. As this is a family friendly building, please be aware that the pool can be very busy during peak seasons and hours.
Our secure underground parking spot is just a 30 seconds walk from the unit, which is very convenient for bringing in luggage/groceries etc.
Located in one of the best areas of Kelowna, it's an easy commute to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and designer shops.
Other important things to note:
Please be advised we do not allow any overnight guests beyond those indicated at the time of booking (max 4 people staying at a time).
Please note prior to booking that as wildfires in the Okanagan are an unfortunate reality, we will not issue any refund for smoke/poor AQI/or wildfire in the vicinity. Refunds will be issued should the complex be put under evacuation alert/notice. We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance. While we will do our best to work with you in any situation, we do have a clear cancellation policy listed. In the event you cannot travel (ie. covid exposure/symptoms or lung pathology which makes traveling in smokey conditions challenging), our refund policy will be as listed at the time of booking. Therefore we highly recommend purchasing coverage, especially during fire season (July-Sept) when there can be poor air quality due to forest fires.
As we are located on the ground floor with a large green space and close proximity to the creek, you may encounter bugs/animals endemic to the area during your stay including ants, spiders, beetles, wasps, bees, and mice. While we do our best to ensure these are always just outdoors (and never indoors) we cannot control what may enter the home if doors are left open etc. Should you encounter any of these in the property and would like assistance, please reach out immediately to us.
Lastly, please be advised that the person booking is responsible for any damage that occurs to the home during the stay and the repair/replacement cost will be deducted off the damage deposit.
