Located in the Tahoe Donner Community, you'll be under four miles from downtown Truckee. Donner Lake is less than three miles away, and golf is less than two miles away. You'll be under 17 miles from beautiful North Lake Tahoe.
The living room, with its high ceilings, large windows, and comfortable furnishings, invites you to sit back and relax while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Make some popcorn and watch a movie on the cable-equipped flatscreen TV, which also has Netflix streaming. And on those evenings when you all can't agree on what to watch, there's another space in the loft, perfect for lounging and featuring another flatscreen TV. The free WiFi will come in handy when you want to check snow conditions and plan activities for your stay.

Sugar Bowl is eight miles away, and Northstar is 12 miles away. If you're focused on doing some skiing or boarding at world-renowned Squaw Valley, you'll only have to drive 13 miles. And when you want to unwind and rest up for another fun-filled day of snow play, head to the Trout Creek Recreation Center and lounge in the shared hot tub or sauna, or take a relaxing dip in the pool.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
