Nestled between the River Arts District and Historic West Asheville, with easy access to Carrier Park, the French Broad River Park and many miles of greenway along the French Broad River is a simple, yet elegant Scandinavian design with a thoughtful floor plan and beautiful mountain and sky views from oversized windows throughout the house. On the back deck is a sitting area with large hot tub and inside, the main level living area is an open and south facing with the living room offering 4 swivel chairs that allow you to look out of any window at short or long range mountain views to the southeast and southwest, or face the kitchen or dining areas to stay connected with family and friends. The kitchen is nicely appointed with a gas range and oven, on demand hot water, walk-in pantry with chest freezer and oversized island with 24 varied length, dimmable pendant lights that create subtle light rings on the quartz countertop. There is a bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom on the main level and upstairs there are two primary suites with 14' vaulted ceilings that are separated by a family room with a 65" Smart Television and an oversized, down, pillow-top, sectional couch. The southern suite has a larger walk-in closet and larger bathroom with dual floating vanities and a couples shower with a rain head, handheld sprayer and two wall mounted shower heads, not to mention, the best views in the house. The RAD is full of galleries, breweries and shops and West Asheville's Haywood Rd. has long been known for its eateries, coffee and tea spots, bars and music venues.
