The Seal Cove River, situated down over the hill, provides excellent boating and fishing access for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
If you prefer to relax and unwind, the backyard is the perfect spot for whale and bird watching, where you can catch a glimpse of minke whales, shore ducks, and seagulls. The backyard deck and hot tub are accessible via both the patio and mudroom doors, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

After using the hot tub, please ensure that the spa covers are left on and securely fastened. The covers are solely for insulation purposes and are not designed to support any weight. Therefore, please do not stand or sit on them.
