The expansive screened porch features a large sectional sofa with a flatscreen TV for your entertainment and a full picnic table—perfect for early morning coffee or dining alfresco.
Just off the living area is the designated dining area with seating for six and a full kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. A laundry closet is also located off the kitchen so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores!
1138 Summerwind comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV, private ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower, and private access to the screened porch. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, access to the private deck, and shares a full bathroom with bedroom three. The third bedroom offers two Twin size beds and a desk space, perfect for little ones!

Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
