You'll enter to an open living area flanked by the master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom on one side, and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom on the other. There is a large screened-in outdoor patio and a great backyard for the kids to play. So come enjoy living the laid back lifestyle on Folly, the "Edge of America"!

You’ll find excellent pier and surf fishing, an enticing variety of restaurants and bars, live music, and some of the best surfing on the east coast.

- 2 blocks to the Wave Watch Playground
- 3 blocks to Center St where all of the restaurants/bars/nightlife are on Folly
- 1/2 mile to Bert's Market, a local 24 hour market and convenient store
- 1 mile to Folly Beach County Park
- 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston
The home is walking distance to both the beach and Center St. so a vehicle is not needed once you are on Folly.
There are bike and golf cart rentals on Folly Beach for those that would like to explore the island a little further.
There is a driveway with parking for multiple vehicles.

Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who live in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 damage deposit is automatically billed upon arrival. It will be refunded to your card after checkout if there are no claims made for damages.

- Please respect the neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours between 10pm-8am. There is a NoiseAware device installed at the home that will alert us if the decibel levels get too high.
