Welcome to the Catskills! The Greene Pines, now hosted by the owners and boasting previous 5-star reviews, is a home beautifully renovated by one of the owners, who is an interior designer. It exudes a modern and inviting atmosphere, nestled on 3 secluded acres. Our house comfortably accommodates 9 guests and features a cozy wood stove, beautifully designed bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and a prime location atop a mountain in the Catskills. What's not to love?
The space-
4 bedrooms allow plenty of space for everyone- 3 queen beds and 1 twin over full bunk; 4 bedrooms in total. Our first floor is where it’s at with a giant rustic dining table that seats 10 and overlooks our front deck and pond, cozy wood burning stove, 65” smart TV to play music or cozy up to your favorite movie, board games galore, and a stellar chefs kitchen. We're minutes to Windham and Hunter Mountain and Tannersville- all adorable towns that have it all in terms of hiking, fishing, local breweries, boutique/antique (!) shopping and amazing 5 star restaurants. And everyone loves hanging at West Kill Brewery- we’re 15 min away!

•Please note- while our street is well maintained in the winter, an AWD/4WD car is highly recommended during your stay.
*Please also bring firewood with you as it is not provided at the home. Almost every gas station in the area sells it by the bundle - there are recommendations in the house manual as well as the guidebooks section.
•We do not have A/C and find that it's generally not needed during the warmer months. While it may get steamy during the day, it cools off to sweatshirt temperatures after sunset since we're on a mountaintop. The house is equiped with plenty of fans- both ceiling and standing.
Guest access-
Guests will have the entire 2 floors of the house. Basement access is limited to the owners and cleaning crews only.
