You will feel away from it all even though Highway 89A is just over a mile away, putting you near shopping and restaurants and plenty of other attractions and activities. And the spectacular red rock vistas will surround you.
This single-level, newly remodeled home offers 2,500 square feet of luxury living space with five bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.
You'll enter the property through the front door and into a lovely entryway with a bench, and then into the expansive great room with tile floors and high ceilings for an open, airy feel. This area holds the living room, kitchen, and dining areas with surrounding windows to provide an abundance of light and views.
Living Room: The living room offers contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner gas range, lovely stone counters, a farm sink, and gorgeous cabinetry. There is a wonderful kitchen bar with seating for four.
Dining area: This area offers a dining table with seating for eight, and lots of windows to let you enjoy the views while dining.

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, French doors to the patio, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath boasting dual vanities with stone counters, soaking tub, separate walk-in shower with two shower heads.

Bedroom 3 — King size bed, Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Enjoy the spacious covered patio where you'll find outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and comfortable patio sofa where you can relax and take in the views. Take some time out to soak in the private hot tub after a full day of activities. On the side of the house is a fenced yard with a covered patio, that is perfect if you want to bring a pet(s). Please be aware the wildlife is frequent at this property so you should not leave your pet unattended outside.
There is also a peaceful space, just down the driveway, with a bench to enjoy some quiet time.
