We respect our neighbors who live there year-round, so we, therefore, do not allow our guests to have parties/events and require that noise be kept at a respectable level.

•No more than 8 adults are allowed on the property without prior approval.
•Smoking is prohibited indoors.
•A maximum of 4 cars are permitted in the driveway (City bylaw).
•Street parking is not allowed (strictly enforced bylaw).
• Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a limit of 2.
COTTAGE Registration:
After booking confirmation, a "Cottage Booking Registration" will be sent to you via email, which must be completed and returned prior to arriving for the booking. This is a mandatory requirement enforced by the town, not us.
Our team will inform you via chat once it has been sent. Depending on your check-in date, the contract issuance may take a few days to a few weeks.
