It has all the comforts of home including a custom kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and a two car garage. The open floor plan offers 10 foot ceilings and plenty of space for entertaining. The master bath includes a walk-in shower with custom tile. The sleeping arrangements include king bed in master, queen bed in the second room, a twin over full bunk beds with twin trundle in the third room, and queen pull out sofa in living room. The bunk bed room has XBOX 360 with multiple games.
"Seven L Beach" offers easy access to the 5,000 sq ft resort style pool. The pool includes a zero entry, perfect for kids, and has cabanas located throughout the pool. You will also find a covered grill area complete with furniture and an outdoor sink and a small exercise room if you so desire. Your stay includes beach toys, beach wagon, and 3 bikes. “Seven L Beach” is located directly across the street from the newest hotspot on 30A, The Hub. With plenty to do for adults and children you will find yourself hanging out for hours listening to bands, watching football, eating, and drinking! We are also a short distance from several beach entrances on 30A including Deer Lake State Park.

Beach Access to the East:
Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.
Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
Beach Access to the West:
Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located .5 miles away. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking, NO CHANGE) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.
Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
