Welcome to Share-in Dipity, this stylish and relaxing home has everything you need to de-stress and enjoy Charleston. This 4/2.5 home features thoughtful design touches, an incredible outdoor area with a large patio and pool, close proximity to grocery stores/shopping, all set in the walkable and quiet neighborhood of Kings Grant.
Though you may be tempted to turn your trip into a staycation, we are only 25 minutes from downtown and 35 minutes to beaches like Sullivans Island.
The house has all the basics you'd expect from a great air bnb like a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtful décor, fast wifi, coffee and tea, ample free parking, easy access to Charleston (25 min.) or beaches like Sullivans Is. (35 min) but thats just the beginning.

Most of the bedrooms are located on the second floor but we do have one bedroom on the first floor as well as a 1/2 bath.
The entire house house is accessible to guests with the exception of the garage where we keep items like cleaning supplies and tools.
Other things to note
+we do not allow pets of any kind (owner has severe allergies and uses the home himself)
+The garage will be locked since it functions as our owners closet and supplies area. Please keep any kids out of that space as there will be power tools and hazardous cleaning chemicals in there.
+The fire place cannot be used

For your enjoyment and safety, please read carefully:
+Our outdoor area including the pool, grill, patio and yard are all professionally maintained on a weekly basis weather permitting, (this upkeep may occur during your stay). However, we are surrounded by trees and this is Charleston, we cannot guarantee that everything in the backyard will be perfect all the time. If you see something that needs attention, please feel free to contact us and we will handle it.
+Please leave the outdoor areas like you found them (especially the grill).
+Please abide by the pool rules posted by the fence, exercise caution, monitor young kids, and have two guests together during pool usage at all times.
+All children must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area
+This house may not be suitable for toddlers and infants but we have made an effort to make it safe as possible. Please monitor your children especially in the pool area.
