You will love our island cottage very close to Palm Blvd and optimal location among million dollar homes. Our spot on the beach is North of the Pier.
Large corner lot with shade trees and privacy. One of the few cottages still loved and recently updated.
The home offers Free WIFI and Deluxe Cable Package with Sports Channels. Relax and Love the Clean white bed linens and bath towels. The owner is not onsite, but lives locally and a phone call away, being available if needed. Close to Pier, Grocery, Restaurants and Front Beach. Centrally located on our island. Gas Grill and Beach Gear Ready on Day One! Cottage has beach chairs, carts, umbrella and sand toys ready to save space in the car.:)
Updated floors, and clean linens, our cottage is the quiet get-away for a vacation at the beach! Our cottage is handicap friendly and close to the wheelchair access beach path on Palm Blvd. This is also perfect for baby strollers and walkers.
Walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Isle of Palms is perfect for biking and water activities. Close to Downtown Charleston, Fort Moultrie, and nature excursions. The Marina is close by, yard is large enough to park your boat.
Well-behaved dogs (2 maximum) are welcome with pet fees. Contact owner for pet approvals and fees. Isle of Palms allows dogs on beach 24/7. Isle of Palms Beach offers generous off-leash hours, too. The Recreation Center, with fitness classes, playground, baseball & soccer fields, tennis & basketball courts, and dog park are within walking distance.
No Smoking Policy for the home. We ask that you and your guests maintain the condition of the furnishings and home.
