Escape to this large Cabin on 3 acres with a spectacular view of beautiful Shuswap Lake. Walk to the beach in 8 minutes or drive in 2 minutes. Other beaches can be reached by vehicle within 10 minutes.
Forget your worries and enjoy this piece of Canadian paradise. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, two living rooms, a large sundeck with another upper deck and large grassy area. Whether you are looking for a family vacation, a trip with good friends or a romantic get away, this property has it all. Surrounded by nature this cabin is very private. Come relax and take in the view! There is also a boat launch within a 2 minute drive.
Please note that all guests should be comfortable driving up a steep gravel driveway with some loose gravel. Although we have had two wheel drive vehicles come up the driveway, we do recommend guests arrive with all wheel drive (AWD) or four wheel drive (4X4) vehicles to avoid any potential issues. There is lots of parking at the top of the driveway with plenty of space to turn around.
Trailered boats can be parked on the road at the bottom of the driveway. The nearest boat launch is a very short 1.5km drive away.
As depicted in the photos and description this space is a large cabin. The floors are finished with wood and covered with rugs in some areas. Some guests may prefer to wear slippers or flip flops inside.
Overall, guests should not expect all of the finer details to be equal to a modern new home build. However it is a very tastefully finished and a comfortable place to vacation. The views of the lake are outstanding.
All bedding, pillows, towels etc are included and there a large capacity washer and dryer for guests to use if required.
Although there is a large yard area and good sized sundeck, NO PETS are allowed to stay.
No dirt bikes, quads or side by side recreational vehicles are to be used on the property.
Also, although the property is secluded and private, There are neighbors within earshot and quiet time after 10:00 pm will need to be respected.
