Our family friendly condo is located at the Ponderosa, and SO CLOSE to the upper/main village.
Recently renovated, this 1000 sq. ft. 2-bedroom condo provides ample room for sleeping and hanging out. It's conveniently located by the side of Easy Street ski run with quick assess to the Bullet Express chair and Gondola. Plus, there is lots of space behind the building for playtime in the snow.
It is a corner unit with lots of windows to view the snowy landscape and ski slope from inside - which is both cozy and modern in feel. One picture provided of the snowy view.
There is an elevator, shared hot tub, sauna, and games room in the building.
The living room has a large sectional couch for everyone to relax and 55” TV with full cable. And there are a variety of games to enjoy.
The dining room table seats six and two extra folding chairs are supplied if needed. The kitchen has a 5-burner electric stove, dishwasher, large fridge, and wine fridge. It is well stocked with all that you need, including coffee pot (takes Keurig pods and has a large pot to make ground coffee), coffee grinder, popcorn maker, blender, hand blender, baking and pizza pans, salad spinner, food processor, plus all your typical kitchen items.
Bedroom #1 has one queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunkbed and a double bed plus a TV with full cable. There are large closets in both. The bathroom has a tub with shower, toilet and one sink.
The entrance way (hidden from the main area) includes ample area with hooks for hanging coats and pants, shelves for helmets, trays for boots and a cabinet for all the mitts, toques, etcetera.
Parking is outside of the building and each condo is given one spot to park. Sorry no pets.
