Summary: Checked every box for my group of 3 there for weekend mountainbiking. 'Bike in bike out' is an understatement. The house is RIGHT THERE basically at the foot of the bike park yet set far enough away where it's incredibly peaceful. Everything about the experience was straightforward. Zero complaints.
