Spacious yet cosy and comfortable, Snow Lake House is only a six minute warm-up walk from the ski base area (with a ski locker at the Day Lodge). Over 3600 square feet of flexible accommodation with great amenities including an eight person hot tub, 8' pool table, TV room and large dining area. (Floor-plans are available by email).
All 10 guests can be accommodated in proper beds in the 5 bedrooms.
After a long day on the slopes there is nothing better than to climb into the hot-tub and take in the spectacular views of Lizard and Currie Bowls.
Alternatively head downstairs and have a game of pool, or watch television on the 75 inch TV. Or perhaps you would prefer to just play your music by streaming it via Bluetooth from your device into the stereo and enjoy the company of friends and family in the spacious living areas.
There are five bedrooms arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1 - upstairs, comprising queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, fitted wardrobe, views of ski hill.
Bedroom 2 - upstairs, comprising queen bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower, fitted wardrobe, views of ski hill.
Bedroom 3 - upstairs, comprising queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, fitted wardrobe, balcony with views across valley.
Bedroom 4 - downstairs, comprising double bed with a single above (so either a couple or two singles), sharing a separate bathroom with bedroom 5;
Bedroom 5 - two single beds.
Bathrooms are provided with "everyone" 3-in-1 shower soap dispensers (i.e. combined bodywash / bubblebath / shampoo), and each bathroom has a hairdryer.
Payment accepted in Canadian Dollars, US Dollars, or British Pounds - ask for revised quotes.
Sorry, but no pets allowed and no smoking. We do not rent to vacationing students or groups of singles under the age of 27. The bedrooms are arranged to suit couples or families or mixed groups of couples and singles, and so the house is not suited to large groups of singles. Hence no bachelor / stag / bachelorette / stagette / hen parties.
Note: All short term rentals in British Columbia are required to charge both PST at 8% (Provincial Sales Tax) and MRDT at 3% (Municipal & Regional District Tax), in addition to the GST at 5% (General Sales Tax). So a total of 16% in sales taxes applies to all bookings.
