Conveniently located 5 minutes to the Fishtown neighborhood, 10 minutes to the art museum, and 11 minutes to the heart of center city. There is ample parking directly out front of the home! The Space:
This home features an open concept living with an oversized sectional with luxury depth you'll sink right into while watch the ultra HD smart tv equipped with Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu!
You'll be able to spend time with everyone in the living room even from the dining area. Pass through right to the kitchen, with plenty of counter space and an island to spread out. Our home offers a half bath on the first floor, rare for a Philadelphia house.
There are four modern designed bedrooms each with ultra thick plush mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep.
There are two full bathrooms, one with shower and tub. Each bathroom is outfitted with luxury tile, sure to give you that spa like feeling while cleansing during your travels.
On the second level, find the first two bedrooms which share a high-end hall bathroom.
The first bedroom boasts an ultra comfy king bed with more space than you could dream of and a large ultra HD smart television.
The second bedroom features another queen bed with another ultra HD smart television. No fighting over the remote in our place!
On the lower level, find two more bedrooms which share a hall bathroom with oversized shower.
The first bedroom has an ultra-thick full mattress and plenty of covers, ensuring a great night's rest.
The second bedroom is double trouble, with two ultra thick plush full mattresses. And you guessed it, another ultra HD smart tv!
All Smart TVs have access to Disney+ Bundle (Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+).
This is one of the largest yet most intimate spaces in all of Philadelphia and we invite you to enjoy luxury with us!

Ludlow is a fast growing neighborhood new Temple University campus. There is a good mix of students and families in the neighborhood that create a friendly and great place to stay. Two blocks from the Girard Street subway line. Buses run down 8th street as well.

Please note: these fees may be assessed upon inspection and report from our turnover team. They will photograph and send their report to us. We will contact you with any issues. We will not assess fines unless warranted. We will pursue all claims through the proper booking channels if an issue occurs. Our goal is to provide great service and a great experience. These fees are listed to protect us and our homes from vandalism and keeping our neighbors safe.
1. Early Checkin - $40 for up to 2 hours early check-in (4pm)
2. Late Checkout - $40 for up to 2 hours after checkout (10am)
3. No Smoking – Minimum $150 charge for smoking plus any additional charges
4. Extra Trash Fee – Guests are expected to bag their trash properly before leaving. Anything over a 50gal. contractor bag may be assessed a $20 trash removal fee for each contractor bag filled. Pricing is based on off trash removal service. Photo documentation will be provided for extra charges:
a. Terms apply for stays of 2 days or less.
b. 50 Gal. Contractor bags hold 3-5 kitchen bags.
c. Groups of 7+ get a second 50 gal. contractor bag per stay
d. Groups of 14+ get 3 50 gal. contractor bag per stay
5. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed – You are not permitted to have guests that are not listed in the reservation. Special situations (ie. Local friend stopping by) need to be communicated with your host. You are responsible for each guest not cleared by the host. $40/person over the reservation amount in the home.
6. No Parties – we do not authorize parties at our home. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines up to $450.
7. Noise Levels - Please be kind and neighborly to the people living around the home. Keep noise levels low at all times and please keep quiet hours of 10pm – 6am
