Summary: The property itself was OK, there was enough room for all of us and the kids definitely enjoyed the pool. But we found beer cans and a beer bottle in the pool filter, glass from broken bottles on the patio, a tray in the kitchen cupboard covered with dry steak juice, a dirty martini glass in the upstairs kitchenette and a dirty champagne glass in the kitchen. Our contact at Evolve responded with a thank you for the information. My grandson found a pairing knife between the bunkbed and the wall in the upstairs bedroom when he dropped his book and towards the end of the week we had a surge of sugar ants, and when I mentioned it to our Contact for evolve and asked for ant spray and ant traps, we never got a response.We will not use a company owned location in the future, we will deal with only private owners.
