Just imagine after your fun filled day, heading out to the balcony with your favorite drink and being greeted with cool breezes off the bay. As the sun goes down, the sky turns into a kaleidoscope of color and the bay water reflects the majestic glow above. Looking for a break from the beach? Relax and watch the boats go by or take in the fishermen throwing their lines into the water to catch a "big one."
This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit has such a "cool" vibe to it with its upscale modern design. Inside you will find newer flooring throughout along with shiplap walls. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and large TV. The dining room has a newer table and chairs along with a coffee station with a Drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has a tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. The first bedroom has a pyramid style bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin on the top. It provides easy access to the hallway bath. The second bedroom has both a queen and full-size bed along with a private bath. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. You'll find 2 sliders to access the large balcony, equipped with patio furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. Guests have access to the pool, which is great for cooling off on those hot summer days.
This unit is conveniently located to all that Ocean City offers! The beach is only 2.5 blocks away and provides easy access to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants/bars within walking distance. A two-block long fishing area is directly in front of the building and provides hours of free entertainment with no fishing license required! The kids will love the skate park, basketball courts and a park, all within a two-block area. This is an ideal location for those of you that have events at the inlet, want to head to West Ocean City, go on a fishing charter or explore Assateague Island and go see the horses. Bring your binoculars to take in all the sea life & waterfowl from your balcony!

* This condo is on the 3rd floor and is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided of which one is in the garage.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekends
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Fishing license is not required for the pier in front of the unit.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located between 2nd & 3rd streets.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
