With 5 comfortable bedrooms including 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds(Daybed with trundle), and 1 full bed, this retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll find all the indoor essentials like WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, screened in porch, two family rooms (on two different levels), Smart TV and a cozy loft to spread out and enjoy different activities at the same time. Outside enjoy a full length deck and outdoor dining table for 8 as well as a gas grill for lakeside grilling. Off the deck you are meer steps to the lake edge where kayaks and paddleboat can be launched. There is also a pontoon boat rental option available. A large level backyard is great for yard games and the waterfront patio and dock are ideal for enjoying the gorgeous scenery by day and can an offer a cozy campfire retreat by night. Lake is ideal for fishing, wading and swimming. It has a very gradual grade to deeper water, no sudden drop offs or big rocks on the bottom. Four single kayaks and one double kayak with oars as well as a paddleboat await your arrival. Explore the serene 80 acre lake in peace as this lake is a non motorboat lake.
