Summary: Small efficiency apartment nestled on the rear of a two story dwelling in a quiet neighborhood just outside the downtown of Yellow Springs, OH. Unit is well pictured on VRBO listing. Parking is sufficient for one vehicle on right side of driveway. Dwelling is shared with residents who occupy remaining portion. Comfortably furnished with couches and queen sized bed. Snacks and coffee provided with Keurig coffee maker. Roku tv with apps permit access to streaming services. A small refrigerator and toaster oven are also available. Cups, plates, utensils and wine glasses were sufficient for a couple to use. Owners were very receptive to any concerns (WiFi was initially not accessible but owner answered questions immediately and resolved issues). Suitable for a couple who is not looking for anything extra but a place to relax for downtime while visiting YS.
