Positive: Location close to Farm Complex. Walking distance to river,. Apartment spacious and clean. AC worked well, nice full kitchen.

Negative: Pillows on bed would have been better for couch, much too hard for sleeping.

Summary: Nice neighborhood . Street parking but near stairs to entrance. Would stay again.
