Negative: 1. There is no glass, plate, cutlery (only paper cup & paper plate) 2. No towel & iron 3. We stay 4 days 3 night and no cleaning done during our stay 4. Leaking on upper toilet (already informed the counter staff on day 2 but nothing has been done)
