This unique vacation property is located in the Key West Golf Club Community set amongst lush tropical landscaping with views of the beautiful greens and fairways of the Rees Jones designed 18-hole course. This gated community includes a fitness center and two beautiful heated pools in an Old Town Key West setting. Tailgate Key is a spacious 1,320 square foot furnished property. There is close access to the home from the entrance to the community. One of the larger homes in the golf course, it is conveniently located near the fitness center and pool. The two spacious upstairs bedrooms each have a private bath with flat screen TV’s with queen beds and ample closets. The primary suite has a bathroom with walk in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom also offers a queen bed. The downstairs has two pullout sleeper sofas- one is the living room and second one in the bonus room off the kitchen which can be fully closed for privacy. There is a third full-size bathroom downstairs with a washer and dryer and shower stall. An open kitchen boasting new stainless steel appliances, Corian counters, and a convenient breakfast/cocktail bar are part of the updated interior of this home. Enjoy the beautiful professionally landscaped brick-paved backyard overlooking the second hole. It is also walking distance to the public golf clubhouse and VFW restaurant and bar as well as very close to numerous restaurants and water activities.
