INSIDE:
All 3 bedroom suites in this 3000 sq/ft home are very spacious, with luxury mattresses and the softest linens. Most suites include outdoor patios, and ensuite bathrooms with big relaxing indoor jacuzzis to enjoy.
Downstairs living room has a new pull-out couch, and a flatscreen Smart TV (Netflix + Prime Video) with sound system. The main living/dining room upstairs is warm and inviting, featuring beautiful tall wooden ceilings, a fireplace, and beautiful views over the ocean & mountains. Dining table seats 8 people, and converts into a mini table-tennis table.
Kitchen is fully-stocked for all your culinary needs, with a family-sized fridge + freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, and breakfast nook area. Another great space to gather and make memories.

Across the driveway we have a picturesque lookout area under the leaning "Trust Fall Tree", featuring unique views over the ocean, Sooke, and East Sooke. It is without a doubt THE ideal spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets, with a warm beverage in-hand.
Out back, you'll find a half acre of well-manicured gardens to explore, featuring the "Help Yourself Herb Garden", various driftwood sculptures, and a furnished gazebo where you can find peace & relaxation.
