Summary: I was disappointed with my stay. For a 5-star hotel, there were no umbrellas available in the room or even with the concierge. During check-in, my room was not ready, and I was asked to wait without being offered a complimentary drink or an upgrade, which is usually standard in 5-star hotels in such situations.
