House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. House can hold up to 3 to 4 cars in the driveway and some street parking, no horizontal parking. Street parking not permitted on the 3rd Thursday of every month during designated times, read posted signs for changes.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged

9. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to postal box
