Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful of neighbors at all times. Please refer to the House Manual for HOA guidelines for sharing Cowee Ridge Road. Property is located 10 mins from Highlands and 10 minutes to Cashiers Parking for 6-8 cars, with covered parking for 2-3 vehicles Families with small children should always keep an attentive eye on kids around the property- Staircases, steep rock backyard, tall deck, etc present hazards to toddlers (and intoxicated adults).
