Centrally located in downtown Lexington, The Little Blue House is perfect for small families and couples. It's only a 3-minute drive to Transylvania University, a 6-minute Uber ride to Rupp Arena, an 8-minute drive to the University of Kentucky, and a 16-minute drive to the Kentucky Horse Park. It's easy to experience all that Lexington has to offer!

Originally built in 1900, this house has been completely updated to meet your modern expectations. As a result, everything inside the house is new.
