This property has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished. Even the small details have
not been overlooked. There are 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious and bright kitchen/dining room,
separate laundry room and living room.
The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, and a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped
with new appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher and fully stocked with cookware.
Beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet. Three of the bedrooms have queen
size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet, storage space and room
darkening curtains. The fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds. Two of the bedrooms have 42 Smart TVs. Enjoy the private backyard complete with propane firepit, adirondack chairs, games, gas grill and a custom mural by a local artist. Last but certainly not least we have
added a custom-built Derby themed arcade style PAC-MAN game! Loaded with over 50 games for your
enjoyment!!

There is a small front porch for sitting and relaxing and taking in all of the horse racing action.
