Recently renovated, Chalet Evergreen is a cottage style 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that offers 100 sqft of living space and amenities.
Step inside and be greeted by the expansive living space that exudes comfort and relaxation. The open-concept design allows for a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows frame panoramic views of the old growth trees creates a picturesque backdrop that immerses you in the beauty of the natural surroundings.
Finished with Scandinavian style contemporary interiors, you immediately feel the charm of the chalet's wooden living area, dining, and kitchen areas which offer idyllic open-concept living in the woods and plenty of bright, natural light. Equipped with am cozy indoor fireplace and a full kitchen.
Built amongst old-growth forests, this estate offers the best of privacy and convenience - 8 minutes drive from the ski base camp at Mont Tremblant, shops, restaurants and 16 min ride to Mont Blanc ski resort.
The living area beckons with a cozy fireplace, providing the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure on the slopes. Sink into plush furnishings and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire as you recount the day's escapades. The open-concept design ensures that everyone can be part of the conversation, whether you're preparing a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen or lounging in the stylish dining area.
The main level living area opens to an open concept kitchen w/ large dining area and it seamlessly flows into the chalet's rustic wooden decor living area with fireplace. This level also offers a wrap around deck space with outdoor seating and BBQ grill to enjoy the expansive natural views year round. This large open-concept living space includes a kitchen, living room, formal dining area, open storage and a sofa bed right opposite the fireplace to enjoy the warmth of a natural fire while cozying up in a comfortable bed (This got to be our favourite thing to do).
The master bedroom is located on the main level with King bed and comfortable twin bed which expands to a double bed and ample closet space.
Every bedroom is designed with clean lines and minimalist décor. Next you enter the second bedroom having a rustic all wooden theme with a Queen bed and closet. Lastly, the third bedroom is designed with a nature accent wall with a very comfortable and spacious King bed.
The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the UPPER LEVEL. The UPPER level of the home has it's own private entrance. The upper level has two doors, however the Main entrance is from the door around the upper patio which is equipped with Smart lock. The front door of the upper level CANNOT be used enter or exit the house.
Your space has a Separate Entrance and is Completely Private from the other tenant's space although on the same property. Everything in the listing and images is for your use. The only thing shared will be the driveway and Hot tub with the other tenant.
The main entrance is equipped with smart keyless entry systems and guests can access the unit with lock code which will be provided during check-in message.
In case of an emergency, guests can access the security lockbox, which holds keys to each of the doors - this is only to be used in case of an emergency and doors can be opened manually using those keys.
Note: The Gazebo W/ Hot tub is a shared amenity and other guests also have access to the Hot tub.

This is a Duplex property with guests in the other dwelling. This unit is on the Upper level and has another separate unit below it for guests with its own privacy and entrance.
In case of an emergency, guests can access the security lockbox, which holds keys to each of the doors - this is only to be used in case of an emergency and doors can be opened manually using those keys.
