Summary: Room was excellent - staff was very friendly. The hotel has this whimsical, theatrical wonkiness which is excellent. My only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. The bed was made, towels were restocked. Minibar was not reliably- thus no coffee in the morning :-( .... and surfaces in the room or bathroom were never wiped, little rug, never vacuumed.... :-( Aside from this I would give the hotel 5 stars!
