The backyard features a covered deck, 4-sides fenced, and a hot tub. Enjoy my fully stocked kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, spacious interior that sleeps 14+ guests, and PET FRIENDLY! Great for a weekend getaway, a staycation or to make family memories on the lake.
The Space:

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, BBQ utensils, stainless steel refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, microwave & dishwasher! The granite counter has 2 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Duo Keurig Coffee machine with K-Cups & drip coffee. The coffee area is stocked with creamer, sugar and K-Cups, coffee grounds, and filters, that are available to use. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests and is conveniently located near the kitchen.
Living Room: Enjoy the large living room with tons of natural light & french doors out to the backyard area. Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, and more are available via the Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.
Sleeping Quarters:
Master Bedroom- Get a great night's rest on the King size memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, and down comforter. This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor.
The ensuite restroom features a tub/shower combo and a single vanity with plenty of counter space. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer.
2nd Bedroom- Features a Queen size memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, and a down comforter. This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor.
The 2nd full bathroom features a tub/ shower combo with updated subway tile and a single vanity. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer. This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and available off of the hall for the secondary bedrooms to use.
3rd Bedroom- Features a Queen size memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, and a down comforter.
4th Bedroom- Features 2 bunk beds with 2 Queen beds on the bottom and 2 twin beds on the top. Luxury bedding, soft pillows, and down comforters are provided as well.
Upstairs Loft- Features a trundle bed with 2 Twin mattresses. Luxury bedding, soft pillows, and down comforters are provided as well.
Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel!
Exterior/ Fence: This home sits on 1/2 an acre and features a large covered patio, sitting area around the firepit and a 4 seater hot tub. Our hottub is available only during the winter months (October-February). The string lights create a nice ambience in the evenings. All 4 sides are fence in with plenty of outdoor space for your pup to run & play.
Parking: The driveway comfortably fits 4 cars and the garage offers an additional 2 spaces. We also have an RV/ Trailer parking spot and hookup as well on the property. All other guests and cars may park on the street.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Canyon Lake. The neighborhood offers a boat ramp .5 miles away from our home.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and ride-sharing are available via the apps. The neighborhood is also quiet and great for riding bikes.

The home is a 2 story property with all bedrooms and full bathrooms located on the second floor.
