Absolutely no smoking on this property at any time for any reason.
2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS.
Total number of guests (daytime visitors + overnighters) cannot exceed the number on the reservation.
3. QUIET HOURS OUTSIDE AFTER 10PM
Our home is in a small neighborhood. No loud commotion outside including music, yelling, or other commotion of any kind after 10pm. This goes into effect at 10:01.
4. NO FIREWORKS
They sure look cool up on the mountain. But we allow absolutely no fireworks of any kind. At all. Ever.
5. ONLY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE RESERVED ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
Your reservation is approved for the number you booked. This is the allowance for the total number of individuals allowed on the property at any one point (daytime visitors + overnighters). We have cameras around the outside of the property for security and to monitor all comings and goings at all entrances.
6. TRASH
Please make sure any trash is brought outside, bagged, sealed, and the lids to the bins out back are locked down with the bungee cords. If not, it WILL attract bears. Bears are not safe for guests. We charge $50 for every piece of trash our housekeeping staff has to pick up outside. This includes cigarette butts.
