Charming Tudor Revival in Willo Historic District is very family-friendly and you will likely see many people walking their dogs or riding their bikes at all times of the day. The Willow is just a walk or short light rail ride from the heart of downtown Phoenix. From this unique location you can enjoy it all in true Phoenician style - food, drinks, arts, culture, music and sports! Plus easy access to Scottsdale, Tempe, hiking, golf, shopping and airport in <10 mile radius.
Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed and r'cd you will receive the keyless entry code.

This home is on the same property as “The Willow Casita", but have private backyard spaces that are separate from one another. The Casita can be rented along with the main house for an additional 2 guests maximum. By solely booking “The Willow", you are aware and acknowledge that it is a shared property with any additional guests that may be staying in “The Willow Casita” simultaneously.
PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected.
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process, and your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process.
There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property (front door and side door) only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- Pet-friendly property (max 2 dogs, no cats) with prior authorization only, and a pet fee applies.
