Welcome to our cozy retreat in the heart of San Antonio! We're beyond excited to have you as our guest and to share with you one of our favorite corners of this vibrant city.
Walkable to many main draws of San Antonio such as the Convention Center, St. Paul Square, The Alamodome, The Alamo, Rivercenter Mall, Tower of the Americas and more. Also, within 2mi of the Frost Bank Center, The Pearl, Tobin Center, and more!
The space
You will have access to the entire home. This is a historic home built in 1929. It’s 506 sqft of charm!
Sleeping:
-King Primary Suite (Sleeps 2) that includes a King memory foam bed, smart TV, separate mini split unit, and small closet with luggage rack, hangers, ironing board, and iron.
-Premium Leather Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2). Located in main living area with smart TV, and separate mini split unit. Area also includes board games, puzzles, and Ms. Pac-man countercade!
-Kitchenette includes large farm sink, butcher block counters, microwave, 2 burner induction hot plate, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, full fridge with freezer, keurig coffee, and various teas. Also includes one of a kind local artists ceramic mugs for use.
-Bathroom has a spacious tiled walk in shower with shampoo and body wash provided. Luxury towels, washcloths, hair dryer , and first aid kit also provided.
-Utility Room has a washer/dryer combo unit for your use (tide pods provided). It also contains pickle ball equipment, tennis equipment, and pool towels for you to enjoy the ammenities of the public park directly across the street.
-Front Porch has a small seating area with porch views of the hemisfair tower and alamodome.
-Backyard has a small patio area for seating, has a full privacy fence, and is extremely shaded for you and your pets enjoyment.
Access across the street from a large public park that includes pickleball and tennis courts, a large public pool, play area, and nearby dog park. (Subject to park hours)
Additional: Cleaning/Disinfecting procedures are in effect due to Covid 19. Common Surfaces - door knobs, switches, remotes will be disinfected.

Guest access
Guests have keyless access to the home. Guests will receive a New Keyless Door Code the day of check in for entry & alarm. You will have access of the full home, front and back yard. Please note the property line is at the edge of the porch opposite the drive way so that side area is off limits as it is not our property.

We love supporting local San Antonio Small Businesses. This home is curated with items from our favorite local San Antonio Artists. We hope you will explore more from these artists and visit their shops/socials.

We put our heart into this home please take care of the home as if it were your own.
1. PETS - require pre-approval before booking and Pet Fee.
• We only accept dogs - 2 max. NO CATS
• Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed.
• Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc.
• Pets must stay off of the furniture, beds, and linens.
• Dogs must not bark excessively.
• You must clean all dog waste in the yard daily.
• Pet owner will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by pet.
• If a pet is brought onto the premises without approval, the violation will result in $500.00 fines per incident and disciplinary reports to Airbnb.
2. NO PARTIES. LARGE GATHERINGS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE
The maximum number of guests allowed is four. Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. There is a city-wide ordinance that prohibits loud noise after 10:00 p.m. Violation will result in $500.00 fine per incident and disciplinary reports to Airbnb. Also, please no use of glitter or body glitter while in the home.
3. MINIMUM AGE
The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this Vacation Rental.
4. PARKING
Free Parking. Designated parking includes room for 1 vehicle on the driveway and on-street parking directly in front of the house. Street parking is sometimes limited due to park popularity. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses.
5. WEATHER REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation or declares an emergency.
