The space
The ground floor has living space, kitchen and small outside patio with gas grill. The front facing windows have solar shade that provides privacy during the day while allowing light to filter through.
The second floor has master bedroom, en suite bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The third floor has two bedrooms one with two twin beds and another with queen bed. All bedrooms have televisions with (Roku or similar) streaming. *the bedroom with two twin beds can be placed together with advance notice to host.
Parking: There is one marked parking spot for a compact car (ability to parallel park a must). It is often more convenient to park on the street where vehicle size is less of an issue.
*** The rules :) This home is within a tight neighborhood that has both rentals and full-time residents/homeowners. It is important guests keep this in mind with respect to noise, quiet hours after 10pm required.
Please be aware that there are NO Parties, NO Events and a maximum of 6 guests/visitors at one time. No smoking, No pets at any time (sorry fido).
This home is ideal for a solo traveler, couple’s weekend, family getaway or visiting for a wedding. The small outdoor space has a hot tub however it is NOT available during July, August and September, October.
Hot tub is available November through February but ONLY for stays 1 week or longer. Host requests that guests not lay objects, sit, lie down or stand on cover as it cannot support weight. Please be aware that the filtering cycle will go on periodically and that is normal.

About 10-15 minute drive to Sullivan’s island beach or to historic downtown depending on traffic. Easy Uber to downtown. Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and local creekside fish market.
