In addition, Racquet Club Villas have access to a neighborhood pool with a large deck area that stretches out into a picturesque lagoon.
The first floor has an open, contemporary feel with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Sliding doors from the living room lead to a screened porch were a quintessential low-country view calls you to relax and enjoy yourself as you settle into a lounge chair to enjoy a good book with your favorite drink.
Share stories from your day while relaxing on the sectional sofa and new accent chair. Open the cabinet doors of the large entertainment center to reveal an abundance of games and puzzles for all to enjoy! Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large Smart HDTV with cable. At dinner time, gather around the table with seating for 6 which is adjacent to the kitchen. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The fully stocked kitchen features Bosch stainless appliances and custom cabinetry with beautiful quartz countertops. For your convenience, there is a powder room on the first floor.
Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and have their own private porches. The main bedroom has a new premium Serta iComfort King bed, en suite bath with a sliding barn door for privacy, and Smart HDTV with cable. There are sliding doors leading to an open deck with three lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the incredible views of Bohicket Creek and Wadmalaw Island (sunset included!). This is the perfect perch for watching the shrimp boats come and go. The remodeled bathroom features a modern vanity and large tiled shower with glass doors and a handheld shower head. Across the hall, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and new twin size Milliard Deluxe Diplomat folding bed. This room also has sliding doors leading to a huge open deck with four colorful Adirondack chairs and love seat. Enjoy this breezy seating area with a view of the community lagoon. The remodeled en suite bath features a shower/tub, tile flooring, and a vanity. A stacked washer/dryer is located on the second floor for your convenience as well. Flooring on stairs and 2nd floor has just been replaced with soft, luxury Triexta blend carpeting.
Basement closet is available to renters and is stocked with items for a great day at the beach including chairs and an umbrella. It also has fishing rods!

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included included in the rent! These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities
(outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
This home is conveniently located near the gate. Ride your bike to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool or walk to the Lake House and enjoy the playground, zero entry pool or Fitness Center. The Seabrook Clubhouse and pools are a very short drive from this villa. This home is perfectly located for a family vacation! There are steps to climb to enter the villa. Parking is available across from unit - Parking under the building is reserved for owners only.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
