- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home is permitted to be listed as a 6 bedroom. The loft with a pullout queen sofa bed is considered a bedroom.
- Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11 PM.
- Parties that go into the night are not well received in this community and fines are regularly issued for noise complaints. Guest is responsible for any fines incurred during their stay.
- 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities.
- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster.
- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.

This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
