Our villa is only 9 minutes to the old town of Temecula, 8 minutes to the bar street, 19 minutes to the winery, 20 minutes to the casino and 10 minutes to the antique mall.

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage, currently used as storage.
- Parking space on the driveway is limited to 8 vehicle
Quiet/Party
- No parties are allowed. This is the place for vacation rentals, retreats, privacy and quiet. Large or loud events are prohibited here.
Under the premise of keeping quiet, we allow you to hold specific small private ceremonies, private weddings, group sunbathing, group swimming, team training, etc and you need to make an appointment with us in advance. The number of people is controlled within 40 people. The content of the activity and the number of people need to be reviewed and approved by us in advance. We will charge you an additional venue fee . Guests will pay a certain deposit to ensure that there is no noise and that the number of people does not exceed the upper limit, etc.
Peoples
- Our villa stay 16 people (not including babies). On the condition that guests voluntarily bring portable mattresses (such as air beds, etc.) ，if there are more than 16 people (maximum 28 people), we will charge for the excess people.
Pets
- Pets It is forbidden to bring 5 kinds of dangerous and aggressive dogs stipulated by the government into the park. Other dogs under 40 lbs are only allowed on the property for an additional fee per dog. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds and couches. Dogs are not allowed to poo and urinate on the carpet.
- No pet cats allowed.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
