The home is located on the NE corner of Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon Roads just miles from Sabino Canyon recreational area, numerous golf courses, horse-back riding, and fabulous hiking trails. Tucson's Udall Park and Recreation Center is within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a grocery with Starbucks, banking, pharmacy, 10 restaurants, fast-food, and ice cream or gelato shops. Close access for cyclists to ‘The Loop’ - Tucson's 131 mile biking trail. When you arrive you will be greeted by a gated, adobe brick front courtyard and open entry way/foyer. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and there is a pass-through counter to the dining room/living room area. There is a large master suite with a Cal King bed, 1 walk in and 1 standard closet, 1 sink vanity, with a door separating the water closet with walk in shower. The den attached to the master has a queen sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, large closet and full bath. Windows and skylights bring in lots of natural light. There is also a 3 season patio and private open air patio with outdoor table & chairs, a gas grill, and outdoor fireplace. The laundry room is located between the 1-car garage and the 3 season porch.
