Villa Grandbleu is an exclusive and upscale holiday residence, without neighbors, comprising two levels of approximately 160m2 (1800pc) each.

Each level has its own autonomy and personality, complete kitchen, fireplace and exterior access. The Villa is located directly and boldly on the banks of the river, on a rocky promontory of 10-15m, with unique views and exclusivity. There is a vast private land of 40,000m2 with landscaped paths, including a cedar area with pond, all with many places to sit and dream. The beach is immediately accessible by our staircase, as is the 'Dos de la Baleine', a rocky outcrop almost surrounded by water with views and exceptional sunsets. Our terrace of 150m2 on the roof is exceptional, 'wow' systematic ....
Whilst one would expect in winter to find only a monotonous immensity, the configuration of the seabed in front of the Villa, combined with the important tides, makes the river constantly change its appearance during the same period Day in winter: we are surprised every day.
Summer fills visitors with strolls on the beach, sunsets, trails, various places to sit, read or dream, visit the surrounding area of Kamouraska, the nearby bike path, kayaking and Even swimming. We sleep at the sound of the waves.
Completed in January 2015, the villa offers a unique view, breathtaking, truly unrivaled in Quebec. We are on the south bank of the river, just opposite the Manoir Richelieu and the Malbaie, north shore at 16km.

The villa is accessible all year round, 1 hour 20 from Quebec City, in an easy ride, mainly by Highway 20, or the picturesque 132. A return trip on the same day to visit Quebec City is quite possible. A pleasant holiday trip is to visit the north shore via Baie St_Paul and La Malbaie, then the ferry to Rivière du Loup to come and stay at Villa Grandbleu, or do the opposite.
Rental by the week season summer and period of Christmas.
Low season possibility 3-4 days (minimum).
