Our home has 1927 square feet of living space for you and your guests to enjoy. We're located in the El Montevideo Estates neighborhood, which is a short 10-minute drive to downtown, or 8 minutes to the University of Arizona.
With four separate bedrooms and abundant outdoor space, your group will have plenty of room to spread out and soak up the desert sun. Play ping pong indoors, or enjoy a game of cornhole in the backyard. Fire pit available in front yard to relax beside in the evenings.
This unique home has maintained much of its historic charm with the original pink and green tiled bathroom, mixed with modern touches. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there is plenty of space to spread out, or for two families or large groups to comfortably travel together.
The owners' suite has a king bed with outdoor access and an en-suite bathroom. It is connected to a cozy bedroom with a queen bed on one side of the home. The other two bedrooms, one with a Cal King (perfect for taller guests) and the other with a queen bed, are located on the opposite side. There is a second full bathroom on this side of the home.
Traveling with children, or need a few more sleeping options ? There is an additional twin-size daybed with twin trundle bed in the Arizona room.

The common living space features a large TV, comfortable seating, bar cart, and a large dining table. There is also a breakfast nook that overlooks the front garden, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while enjoying the view. Our Arizona room has a cozy reading corner and a ping pong table. Perfect for hanging out, or some family fun!
Head to the backyard for a game of cornhole or just relax in the shade in a comfy outdoor rocker.
Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. We provide a blender, hand mixer, toaster, ice maker, automatic coffee pot, and microwave in addition to a full set of pots and pans.
Take your meals outside and dine al fresco at our outdoor dining table under the cafe lighting. Feeling hot? We have outdoor misters to keep you cool!
