Just a short walk brings you to Boardwalk #1 with direct beach access. Take a stroll down the boardwalk and delight in the 3.5 miles of incredible beach waiting for you to enjoy! This house is ready for your friends and family to gather. The coastal interior invites the feeling of total beach relaxation.
Three guest bedrooms are on the lower level as you enter the home. The first guest room has 2 queen beds with an en suite bath. The second guest room is furnished with 2 twin beds with 2 trundles, a 35" television with Netflix and access to the deck. The third guest room has a queen bed with deck access as well. You'll delight in the low country coastal views throughout this light and bright home. The master bedroom is upstairs on the main level. This large room has a king bed with updated, en suite bath and 45" HDTV with Netflix. Step out onto the deck on this upper level, (accessible from the master bedroom and the main living area), and enjoy the ocean breeze and the distant ocean views.
The living room area is open with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows making it feel almost as though you're standing in a tree house. A sectional couch provides cozy seating. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and open to the dining and living room areas. Some of the kitchen highlights include quartz counter tops & stainless appliances. There is a corner breakfast nook off the kitchen with a pub height table and 4 bar stools. The dining room table has seating for 10.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
