From the moment you enter the luxurious Vacationer's Paradise, you will be enveloped by grandeur, greeted by a grand imperial staircase. As you explore all that this villa has to offer, you will find that it is the perfect home for a large family vacation of a lifetime. On the first floor, you will enjoy an oversized great room where the family can gather. The great room opens out to your custom kitchen where the cooking enthusiasts of the family may prepare some fantastic home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen is the large formal dining table with seating for 16 people with additional seating for 8 at the breakfast bar.
Slide open the patio doors and step out to your private lanai where you will find a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. The pool terrace will be your own oasis with a large patio area surrounding your private pool and spillover spa with sun loungers and tables and chairs. For those seeking more backyard entertainment, be sure to take advantage of the ping pong table. Enjoy fun-filled days in the sun, or twilight evenings splashing around and simply soaking up your vacation getaway.
Back inside, you will find more exciting resort-style amenities to enjoy! On the first floor, the converted garage game room features commercial arcades and video game consoles which will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Those looking for a spa experience will find it in the steam room and separate sauna. There is also indoor half-court basketball with a dedicated bathroom. To elevate your experience, there is a Sonos speaker system throughout the house. Upstairs, even more entertainment awaits! With a view of the 2-story basketball court, the "skybox" game room is decked out with MLB replicas, vintage seating, a professional poker table, and fun games and arcades for the family to enjoy. Adjacent to this game room is a billiards room with a large u-shaped sectional sofa and TV. If that wasn't enough, this villa also offers a large private home theater with reclining seating for 8. As the day draws to a close, retreat to one of 10 luxurious, custom-themed bedrooms. Adults will have their choice of spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two grand master suites on the ground floor also offer a separate garden tub. Each immersive bedroom will transport you to a different coastal travel destination through intentionally selected furnishings and design.
On the second floor, you will also find two elaborately themed kids' bedrooms. The first features a Polynesian princess from a popular movie and has a twin/twin bunk bed and twin single. The second will leave you feeling as if you've stepped right into a wizarding world with a custom-designed double-decker bus bunk bed that holds a total of 5 twin-sized beds. There is also a Murphy bed to accommodate an additional guest. Both bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. They are also connected by a "secret" galaxy-themed playroom with video consoles. The little ones in your family will love exploring their bedrooms designed just for them!
