Construction will occur Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project involves demolition and removal of the existing membrane, followed by the installation of a torch-on membrane on the building envelope. This work may generate noise and disruption, particularly in outdoor areas. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this potential inconvenience. As such, no additional refunds or discounts will be provided due to impacts from this project.
