Welcome to our Odd One Inn! Located in English Ave, a gentrifying neighborhood in the heart of the City. You are in walking distance to the Trap Museum, Georgia World Conference Center, Numerous Colleges, Marta Transportation and a lot more! Upfront honesty is key! This is a gentrifying neighborhood. On one block you may see a new build, next to an abandoned house, next to a home in the beginning process of being rehabbed. The neighborhood is generally very quiet.
The space
Welcome to the Odd One Inn! Conveniently located near Trap Museum, Georgia World Conference Center, Multiple Universities (Clark Atlanta University, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Morehouse College, Morehouse School of Medicine, and Spelman College), Marta Transportation, Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium and a lot more. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is approximately a 46 minute Marta Train/Bus Ride and 24 minutes by Car/Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
On the interior, you will feel suddenly at home, with all the lovely modern touches. Your room is spacious, clean, and cozy with its stylist interior and natural hardwood floors. On the exterior the neighborhood is transitional, at the beginning stages of gentrifying cycle. For example, one block you may see a brand new build, next to an abandoned house, next to a freshly rehabbed property, next to a home in the beginning process of being rehabbed. The neighborhood is generally very quiet.
Upon approval, and after 3PM on your booking date, you will be sent the keyless entry door code and alarm code. Please don't forget to take off your shoes when you enter the house. It's a rule that is very important to us. Complimentary coffee or tea is provided in the countertop above the laundry.
