This recently built 5-bedroom home has a heated infinity pool with auto pool cover (making it 100% safe). The light-filled gourmet kitchen has 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances. Enjoy the fenced in yards (perfect for children) and patio with a Weber gas grill. Easily sleeps 10 guests in 1 King, 3 Queens, and 2 Twins. The Master suite has a fireplace and bath with 2 sinks, tub and a large steam shower. The upstairs laundry room has high end appliances. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath (no stairs and handicapped accessible. The lower floor playroom is large and comfortable with a ping pong table and floor to ceiling windows opening to the backyard. Play golf, tennis, or rent paddle boards, kayaks or boats nearby.
