If you’ve ever imagined the perfect vacation home; this is it! This newly renovated condo is all that you’ll need while visiting Tucson. The carefully chosen décor and attention to detail will impress you. It’s peaceful, quiet, well-appointed and you’ll want for nothing. The furnishings are new and much care and dedication has been taken in every room. Climb one flight of stairs to your vacation hideaway and you’ll see the mountains and beautiful scenery. There are two balconies which afford great views to the northeast and south. The property is located in a safe, convenient part of Tucson. You’ll be minutes away from the unforgettable Sabino Canyon, Mount Lemmon, and Saguaro Monument East. There are numerous stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions nearby. The property manager has lived in Tucson for many years and knows a great deal about "The Old Pueblo".
Great care was taken in selecting the most comfortable furniture for this newly acquired property. The new furnishings speak for themselves. The manager has lived in many different locations in Tucson over the years and prefers the east side over all other areas. It's close to Sabino Canyon whose beautiful scenery is constantly changing and always majestic.
Udall Park is just a block away and features arts/crafts room (leisure classes only), billiard tables, baseball fields, dance room, bocce courts, pickle-ball courts, handball/racquetball courts, exercise classes, indoor walking track, horseshoe pits, and lighted tennis courts. Also available is an open gym: basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, Multi-use track, pottery studio (leisure classes only) off-leash dog park, weight room, playground. There are ramadas (shade) for picnicking, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, softball fields, swimming (Apr - Nov). Rates are $22 - $29 per quarter or $1.00 (seniors and youth) - $1.50 (adult) for a daily pass.
Also nearby are some of Tucson's greatest restaurants. Zona 78 is a family favorite of ours and just a half mile away from Tucson Reflections. Also, Bistro 44, Eclectic Cafe, and Renee's Organic Oven are just down the street on Tanque Verde.
Sprouts Farmers Market is less than three miles away and has the greatest variety of organic produce in the area for health-conscious guests. They are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Skiers will love Mount Lemmon during the winter months as it's just 55 miles from the condo. There are so many biking and hiking trails near the property you'll want to try them all. On average, there are 286 sunny days per year in Tucson. This gives visitors many opportunities to spend time in the sun.
